Receptionist duties : Welcoming patients with compassion and ensure confidentiality . Handling a variety of patient needs, including appointment booking, comfort calls, and dealing with sensitive situations . Youll need excellent empathy and strong IT skills to navigate systems while offering support , especially in moments of distress . Ensuring 2 x way communication with the call centres to ensure efficient operations. Accurate record keeping
Driver duties : Conduct vehicle and equipment checks and safely transport clinicians to home visits where theyll provide essential care. You may also be accompanying clinicians into patient homes.
