Complex Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable and physically fit Drivers Mate to join a 2-man crew delivering beverages and drinks to clients across the region. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role, ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, customer interaction, and working within a fast-paced delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting deliveries of drinks and beverages as part of a 2-man crew
Handling 815 drops per day
Providing excellent customer service at each delivery point
Conducting delivery checks and completing paperwork
Ensuring load security and safe handling of goods
Occasionally calling customers to update on delivery ETA
Reporting issues or updates to the depot/office as needed
Skills & Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
Positive, professional attitude with strong team spirit
Ability to manage face-to-face interactions and handle queries with professionalism
Reliable and flexible, with a can-do attitude
Able to work under time pressure in a fast-paced environment
Experience with early starts preferred
Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol testing if required
