Apricus Resourcing are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and adaptable Substance Misuse Drug & Alcohol Recovery Worker for a leading Drug & Alcohol Criminal Justice Substance Misuse Recovery Service based in DN31 Post Code Area of Grimsby in Lincolnshire this can also be based in Cleethorpes if better, who is really passionate about providing a personal recovery service. This role is working full time with standard hours 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday 9am-5pm. The post holder will support a caseload of Clients of all ages; undertaking assessments, developing person centred recovery plans & running evidence-based substance misuse interventions in groups & on a 1:2:1 basis. You will deliver interventions both onsite face to face & via telephone / video technology where appropriate. You will also spend time supporting the Probation / Prison Teams working alongside Education Providers, Supported Housing Organisations and Social Services, going the extra mile to help achieve sustainable positive behaviour changes.
