The Opportunity You will lead and register a brand-new dual children’s residential provision, with both homes located conveniently opposite one another. This is not a turnaround project. This is a fresh start, designed properly from the beginning. You will work closely alongside two forward-thinking Directors and, importantly, be fully supported by ahighly experienced Responsible Individual throughout the entire registration and development process. From Ofsted registration to team building, systems implementation and inspection readiness — you will have consistent guidance, oversight and professional support at every stage.
