Dual-Site Dental Practice Manager / Wimbledon, SW London and Byfleet, Surrey / Full Time

MBR Dental are currently assisting two dental practices located in Wimbledon, SW London and Byfleet, Surrey to recruit a Dual-Site Dental Practice Manager to join their teams on a fixed term basis.

* Immediate start with notice periods taken into consideration.

* Independent dental practices.

* Practice Manager required on a one year fixed term contract.

* Full time opportunity, 40 hours per week.

* Flexible working pattern.

* £40k per annum, depending on experience.

* Potential for the role to become permanent in the future.

* You will be required to manage both practices located in Wimbledon and Byfleet.

* The practice manager will carry out management duties to ensure effective growth, development and running of the practices. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; marketing, staff development, HR & recruitment, compliance, managing KPI’s & P&L’s & supporting clinicians to achieve their goals. Deliver and source staff training / development for the practice teams & be able to manage conflict.

* Practice Manager will be patient orientated, self-motivated and an inspirational team leader.

* Both are 3 surgery practices with general dentists, specialists, & hygienists.

* Dentally software.

* Parking available at Byfleet practice only.

All candidates will ideally have previous dental practice management experience to be considered. GDC registration is desirable
