They are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead their team and ensure guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience.The RoleYou will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, lead and develop a high-performing team, and ensure the delivery of excellent service while maintaining company standards. You will play a key role in driving sales, managing costs, and creating a fun and energetic environment for both guests and staff.Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and kitchen staff.Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer feedback professionally.Monitor food quality, service standards, and cleanliness.Manage staff scheduling, labour costs, and productivity.Control inventory and oversee ordering of food and supplies.Support marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. What We're Looking For Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.Good understanding of restaurant financials and cost control.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
