4Leisure are currently looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join a busy leisure facility in South London. This is a temporary, full-time position with an immediate start.

Role Overview: The Duty Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment. You will supervise staff, manage incidents, and uphold the highest standards in health and safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
