Were partnering with an exclusive growing family orientated private members club to recruit a hands-on Duty Manager/ Leisure Manager to lead operations across their high-end leisure facilities, including a fitness suite, gym, indoor/outdoor pools and studio spaces.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Duty Manager/ General Manager / Deputy Manager whos passionate about creating a safe, welcoming and family-friendly environment and is seeking a role that offers growth, impact and influence within a growing brand.

The Role You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional member experience, handling queries and resolving day-to-day operational issues to ensure every visit feels smooth and seamless. Oversee daily operations across all leisure areas, ensuring exceptional safety, cleanliness and presentation standards. Duty Management when required acting as a brand ambassador at all times. Lead a team of lifeguards, swim teachers, fitness instructors and PTs Manage pool operations, water testing, lifeguard supervision and schedules Coordinate gym equipment upkeep, classes and member inductions Act as department lead for health & safety, audits and incident reporting

About You 35 years experience in leisure management or supervisory roles Strong pool operations knowledge (water testing + plant room) Pool Plant Operator Certificate (or willingness to obtain) NPLQ or strong understanding of lifeguard standards Confident team leader with excellent customer service skills Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays

Desirable:

First Aid at Work, experience with Alert 65, family leisure background, PT/fitness qualifications. If youre proactive and people-focused, enjoy creating exceptional moments and want with wed love to hear from you
