One of the UK's leading Facilities company are looking for a Dynamic Lead Engineer / Supervisor to join their large team of engineers on an iconic Blue Chip Energy site in Sunbury - on site you will be responsible for leading the team, all M&E functions, budgeting, liaising with clients & management as well as any other duties that may arise on a day to day basis., Responsibilities

Ensure all technical KPIs and SLAs are met for planned and reactive activities Budgeting/reporting duties Carry out on going condition reports on assets via companies system, highlighting any additional plant and equipment not recorded Adhere to all company policies and processes Lead a team of 8+ engineers Report any delays to planned or reactive works back to facilities manager to allow for rescheduling or escalation Attend all booked/arranged training and meetings Assist with any project works where there is a cross over with operational delivery Ensure all email accounts are managed and any responses required are actioned in a timely manner

Qualifications

18th Edition qualified NVQ Level 2/3 Electrical HV/LV knowledge (desirable) Experienced with KPIs/SLAs Well‑presented Experienced in dealing with clients
