Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant – D365 & Power Platform📍Manchester (3 days onsite)🔐 Must be eligible for SC Clearance (no sponsorship available)The RoleWe’re looking for a Senior D365 CE Functional Consultant with strong experience in Microsoft Partner environments to lead the delivery of high-impact Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.In this role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery—working closely with clients to shape requirements, design scalable solutions, and drive successful implementations across the full project lifecycle.This is a client-facing, delivery-focused position where your expertise will directly influence business outcomes and digital transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the functional design and delivery of D365 CE solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing)Run client workshops, gather requirements, and produce clear, high-quality documentationConfigure and customise D365 CE and Power Platform solutions in line with best practicesCollaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned to architectureAct as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through design decisions and solution adoptionMentor and support junior consultants within the teamContribute to pre-sales activities, including demos and solution design inputStay aligned with the Microsoft roadmap and promote continuous improvementAbout You5+ years of experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions within a Microsoft Partner environmentStrong functional knowledge of CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing)Solid understanding of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skillsAbility to translate complex business requirements into practical, high-value solutionsMicrosoft certifications (e.g. MB-210, MB-230, PL-200) are highly desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
