D365 CE Functional Consultant Location: Edinburgh (2 days per week onsite, rest remote) Type: Permanent Employer: Microsoft Partner Experience: Strong D365 CE functional background About the Role We are looking for an experienced D365 CE Functional Consultant to join a leading Microsoft Partner. You will work closely with customers to deliver end‑to‑end CE solutions across Sales, Customer Service and core CRM. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in the Edinburgh office, offering strong collaboration and visibility with the wider team. What You Will Be Doing
Leading workshops and gathering business requirements Designing and configuring D365 CE across Sales, Customer Service and core CRM Translating business processes into scalable CE solutions Producing functional documentation, user stories and solution designs Supporting testing, training and go‑live activities Working closely with technical teams on integrations, customisations and Power Platform components Acting as a trusted advisor to customers and guiding best practice Supporting continuous improvement and new feature adoption
What We Need From You
Strong functional experience with D365 CE / Dynamics CRM Proven track record delivering CE projects end‑to‑end Confident leading workshops and managing stakeholders Good understanding of Sales, Customer Service, workflows and configuration Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a bonus Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to work 2 days per week in the Edinburgh office
