Job Title: Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

We are recruiting for a highly organised and proactive EA/PA to support senior leaders within a fast‑paced, global tech company. You will provide exceptional executive support across scheduling, planning, communications, and operational coordination - removing administrative friction so leadership can focus on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

Manage complex calendars, prioritising time based on business needs
Oversee full travel logistics, itineraries, travel packs, visas and expenses
Prepare executive documents, presentations, agendas, and briefing materials
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Manage incoming correspondence, requests and invitations on behalf of the leadership team
Ensure smooth daily operations by anticipating needs and resolving issues quickly

Operations, Events & Communication

Organise team events, offsites, leadership meetings, tech talks and internal sessions
Schedule and coordinate global meetings, ensuring materials and rooms are ready
Support internal communications and identify opportunities to improve knowledge flow
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance processes and operational efficiency
Assist with global initiatives including logistics, attendee coordination and execution

Skills & Experience

3+ years' experience as an EA, PA, Business Support or Administrative Partner (tech or consulting preferred)
Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills
Would love experience working with a HR leader
Excellent relationship‑building abilities across all levels
Comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast‑moving tech environment
High attention to detail with strong problem‑solving skills
Discreet, trustworthy and confident handling confidential information
Outstanding written and verbal communication
Proficient in Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office
Experience with tools like Zoom, Workday, Concur, DocuSignInventum Group is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
