Executive Assistant to CEO & Board Directors\n\nSummary\n Join our client, an award-winning technology organisation, as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and Board Directors. This pivotal role supports executive leadership while enhancing governance and communication within the company. Based in London/Camberley, this permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary between £65,000 - £75,000 (potential for flexibility depending on experience).\n\nCompany Overview\n Established in 2006, our client is a leading provider of secure Connected Cloud Solutions, boasting a £110m turnover and a remarkable Net Promoter Score.

Catering to 2,400 customers, including 200 channel resellers, the organisation excels in IT and Cyber Security managed services, striving to empower businesses in the AI era through innovative solutions.\n\nRole Purpose\n The Executive Assistant will deliver proactive support to the CEO and Board, ensuring seamless executive workflows, governance discipline, and effective company-wide communications. This role involves coordinating office operations to create a professional environment for staff and visitors, while acting as a liaison between senior leaders, teams, and external partners.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nBoard & Governance Support\n - Coordinate Board and Committee meetings: prepare agendas, papers, minutes, and follow-ups.\n - Maintain governance compliance, tracking deadlines and actions.\n - Manage the Board document hub, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.\n - Facilitate meeting logistics for hybrid/remote participation\n\nExecutive Support\n\n- Provide exceptional diary and inbox management for the CEO and Board members.\n\n- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and communication\n\n- Serve as a trusted interface for senior stakeholders\n\n- Manage travel logistics for UK and international engagements.\n\n- draught and edit CEO correspondence and internal updates.\n\nOffice Management Coordination\n\n- Oversee front-of-house operations and visitor experience.\n\n- Partner with HR/IT on new starter logistics.\n - Coordinate Health & Safety activities and manage office supplies.\n - Track office budgets and process invoices.\nBusiness Communications\n - draught internal communications and support engagement initiatives.\n - Maintain an editorial calendar for updates and measure feedback.\nStakeholder Management\n - Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, investors, and partners.\n - Handle confidential information with discretion and anticipate needs.\nProject Support\n - Drive cross-functional projects and maintain executive rhythms.\n - Prepare high-quality documents using Microsoft 365.Skills, Experience & Attributes\n Essential:\n\nProven experience as an Executive Assistant in a growth environment.\nSuperb organisational and prioritisation skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nGovernance discipline and office operations coordination experience.\nAdvanced MS365 proficiency and high integrity.Desirable:\n\nExperience with internal communications or event management.\nKnowledge of UK corporate governance practises.\nRelevant qualifications or certifications.Personal Attributes\n\nPositive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.\nAdaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us\n Be part of a team that values its people and customers.
