Job Description

We are recruiting for a highly central and impactful role, supporting the CEO, with adhoc support to the Senior Leadership Team assisting them to do their best work! Our client is a green energy firm.

We are seeking an EA for a 6-month fixed term contract, covering the EA who is on sabbatical. Our client has a strong culture; values work life balance and is seeking an EA who brings people together. The successful EA will be supporting the CEO, who founded the business and working closely with senior leaders and reporting into the People function, we are looking for an EA with great energy, has proven proactive, high-quality support experience and will keep the business running smoothly and leaders focused on what matters most. The preferred experience is an EA coming from a startup or small medium sized business background.

What you will be doing:

  • Providing seamless executive support, including diary management, travel, expenses, and correspondence
  • \n\t
  • Coordinating leadership meetings, workshops and projects, including agendas, materials, and presentations
  • \n\t
  • Planning and delivering internal events such as leadership meetings and team-wide sessions
  • \n\t
  • Supporting inclusion, belonging and engagement initiatives across the organisation
  • \n\t
  • Managing team socials and helping launch new recognition and engagement programmes
  • \n\t
  • Maintaining key communication tools, mailing lists and SharePoint spaces
  • \n\t
  • Overseeing travel arrangements
  • \n\t
  • Supporting governance activities, including committees, risk meetings, and board preparation
  • \n\t
  • Assisting senior managers and committee chairs with effective monthly meetings
  • \n\t
  • Willingness to be involved on wider administrative or programme support as needed
  • \n

  • Preferred prior experience is start-up and small medium businesses
