About the Role
Smile Education is seeking an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join the Key Stage 1 team at a welcoming and supportive local primary school in Brownhills, WS8. What you’ll do:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons to KS1 pupils
Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
Work closely with colleagues and mentors to develop your teaching practice
Support the individual needs of pupils to help them reach their potentialYou’ll need:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be due to gain it soon
A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum
Passion for supporting young learners in their early education
An enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)We offer:
