As an Early Career Teacher, you will be supported by a team committed to excellence in teaching and learning. Responsibilities of an Early Career Teacher: Deliver engaging and creative lessons across KS1 in line with the National Curriculum. Communicate professionally with parents and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective curriculum delivery. Create a safe, well-organised classroom environment where all pupils can succeed. Plan and implement engaging lessons that motivate and challenge students of all abilities. Monitor pupil progress, providing additional support and individualised plans where necessary. Requirements for the Early Career Teacher position: Recognised teaching qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Strong understanding of the national curriculum and a range of effective teaching strategies. Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Relevant experience working with children in an education based setting. An enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
