Requirements for the Early Career Teacher position: Recognised teaching qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Strong understanding of the national curriculum and a range of effective teaching strategies. Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Relevant experience working with children in an education based setting. An enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
