Milk Education is recruiting Qualified Primary ECTs to work on long-term supply placements across supportive primary schools in Ealing and Acton.

These roles are ideal for ECTs who want to build confidence, gain varied classroom experience, and work in schools that value proper support, without the pressure of committing to a permanent post straight away.

The Role:

* Long-term supply positions in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 * Full-time roles during term time * Work within supportive schools experienced in hosting ECTs * Opportunity to gain broad experience across different settings * Competitive daily rates paid weekly

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential * ECTs (newly qualified or recently qualified teachers) * Strong classroom management and adaptability * Passion for primary education and inclusive practice
