Job Title: Early Careers Coordinator (12 Month Secondment)

Location: Scotstoun (with some travel to Govan) - We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: Circa £36,000+ depending on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

Support coordinating activities of the Early Careers & Skills programmes, for apprenticeships, graduates, and skills training

Plan and action as required all necessary supporting activities ensuring deliverables are completed in a timely manner to support key operational requirements, Recruitment, Induction and Internal/ External Celebration Events

Provide support to Early Careers delivery teams across Functions, Disciplines, and Management

Raise Purchase Orders to procure goods and services, receipting of materials

Support internal/external stakeholder engagement meetings

Support in meeting the demands of internal/ external quality monitoring and compliance standards

Your skills and experiences:

Experience supporting apprenticeship or graduate programme delivery, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance activities

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, particularly during peak periods like recruitment cycles

Confidence in engaging with internal and external stakeholder

Experience supporting quality assurance and audit processes, including preparing documentation and responding to compliance checks

Strong Excel experience

The Early Careers team:

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the Early Careers team providing the opportunity to play a role in supporting our team and our Early Careers population Apprentices and Graduates.

Based in the new £12m state of the art Scotstoun Applied Ship Building Academy. This is a key training facility for all the apprentices and graduates in the Company’s Naval Ships business as well as providing life-long learning and skills development activities for around 4,500 employees.
