Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom. This role sits within our People Services team, supporting our Early Careers function as we attract, develop, and nurture the next generation of talent through our apprenticeship and graduate programmes. As Early Careers Manager, youll play a key role in shaping and delivering high-quality early careers pathways, working closely with senior leaders and the wider team to continuously improve programmes that are engaging, inclusive, and aligned to our future skills needs.
