Job Title: Early Careers & Talent Partner Location: UK Hybrid (3 days/week in Bristol or other UK offices) Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: c. £45,000 About the Role: We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Early Careers & Talent Partner to build and deliver a sustainable early careers pipeline for a growing UK organisation. Youll bridge workforce planning with practical delivery, ensuring the business has the skills and capabilities needed to scale over the next 5 years. Youll lead early careers programmes end-to-end from designing outreach strategies and managing academic partnerships, to developing internal talent pathways including graduates, apprenticeships, and upskilling initiatives. Youll also partner with senior HR colleagues to support wider HR activity and embed talent strategies across the business.
