This way you don't have to do as much planning, marking and preparation and you can just concentrate on improving your classroom control techniques and applying your subject knowledge.

Alternatively, we can look to get you a long term position in a school where you will have a chance to truly commit in every aspect. This gives you the chance to try a school before deciding if you could do your ECT year with them.
