Contract Type: Fixed-Term – 6 Months, 37 hours a week Working Arrangements: Hybrid – up to 2 days working from home per week, subject to service needs
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Early Help Practitioner to join our Multi-Agency Safeguarding and Support Hub (MASSH) in Bury. This is a vital role in our Early Help service, helping ensure children, young people, and families receive timely and appropriate support.
This role is based on the Early Help Practitioners job description but is specific to the functions and responsibilities within the MASSH.
What you will be doing:
Screen and triage incoming requests for support to the MASSH. Gather and analyse information from a range of partner agencies. Use the history and lived experiences of children and families to inform decision-making. Recognise indicators of risk and escalate concerns appropriately in line with safeguarding procedures.
