As an apprentice, you will be working towards a Level 3 qualification in Early Years. You will gain exposure and hands on experience whilst completing your qualification, whilst being an integral part of the nursery team.

About the role:

As an Early Years Educator Apprentice, you will:

• Assist in providing exceptional early years education, supporting each childs development and learning journey.
• Meet the daily needs of every child with compassion, attentiveness, and professionalism.
• Work with Early Years Educational Framework (EYFS) to provide exceptional standards of practice for every child within our care.
• Happy Days strives towards a learning-first environment; you will be fully supported with time, known as \"off the job\" to complete the academic requirements for your qualification.

About you:

As an Early Years Apprentice, you will:

• Hold a level 4 GCSE or Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths; if you do not have the relevant grade in English or Maths you must be prepared to complete this alongside your apprenticeship with our apprenticeship provider.
• Ideally have completed work experience in a nursery or education setting.
• Have a genuine passion for childcare.
• Be willing to work as part of a team but also have the initiative to work independently.
• To complete the academic requirement as part of this role, you will need to be able to manage your time and able to meet assignment deadlines.
