Location: Just outside Redditch Hours: Full-time (including study time) Salary: Apprenticeship wage (in line with current guidelines) About the Role We are looking for a motivated and caring Nursery Apprentice to join a welcoming, high-quality early years setting located just outside of Redditch. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about working with young children while gaining a recognised childcare qualification. Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Help maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment
Build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents/carers
Observe and record childrens progress under supervision
Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times
What Were Looking For A genuine interest in working with young children
A positive, reliable, and enthusiastic attitude
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and complete an apprenticeship qualification
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths are desirable but not essential
