The Role:

You will play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework, ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment at all times.

Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS

* Observe, assess and track children’s development and progress

* Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

* Support children’s emotional wellbeing and independence

* Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment

* Follow safeguarding procedures and promote best practice at all times

✅ Requirements:

* Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)

* Good knowledge of the EYFS framework

* Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

* A genuine passion for working with children
