We are seeking a nurturing and creative individual to join a Reception class in a charming, one-form entry primary school based in Lytham. The Role Working within the EYFS department, you will support the youngest learners as they grow in confidence and develop a love for learning. You will help deliver exciting, play-based lessons that align with the school's mission to help every child "shine" both in the classroom and beyond. Key Requirements To be successful in this application, you must hold one of the following: Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification. OR a recognised Early Years (EYFS) Qualification. Prior experience working within a Reception or Nursery setting is highly desirable. A kind, curious, and confident approach to supporting child development.
