What We're Looking For

A full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification

Proven experience working with young children in an early years setting

Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices

A positive, caring, and reliable approach to working with children

Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a proactive mindset
