Are you an enthusiastic and caring Early Years professional looking for your next opportunity? We are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming setting in Hemel Hempstead.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where childrens curiosity, confidence and independence are nurtured from the very start of their learning journey.

In this role, you will:

• Support learning and development in line with the EYFS framework

• Deliver engaging and creative activities tailored to individual needs

• Monitor and record childrens progress

• Encourage positive behaviour and emotional development

• Ensure a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment

• Build strong partnerships with colleagues and parents

What were looking for:

• A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification

• Experience in early years settings

• Strong understanding of safeguarding and EYFS requirements

• A proactive, warm and nurturing approach
