This is an ideal role for an experienced Early Years Practitioner looking for a long-term position in a supportive environment.

The school is located in Havering, with excellent transport links from Romford, Hornchurch, Upminster, Rainham and Harold Wood.

Your Role as an Early Years Practitioner:

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will support pupils within Nursery or Reception, ensuring children feel safe, supported and engaged in their learning. The successful Early Years Practitioner will work closely with the class teacher to deliver high-quality provision aligned with the EYFS framework.

The Early Years Practitioner will:

• Support learning through structured play and creative activities
• Contribute to observations, assessments and learning journals
• Encourage language, social and emotional development
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

This Early Years Practitioner role requires a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare and previous experience in an Early Years setting.

We're Looking For in an Early Years Practitioner:

• Qualified Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare)
• Experience working in Nursery or Reception
• Strong knowledge of EYFS
• A nurturing and proactive attitude
