This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly team and deliver high-quality early education in line with the EYFS. The setting places children's development, curiosity, and wellbeing at the centre of everything they do. Practitioners are encouraged to bring creativity, warmth, and confidence into their practice, supporting children to thrive in a safe and inclusive environment. Role Overview Position: Early Years PractitionerStart Date: ASAPLocation: Hounslow, West LondonHours: 08:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to FridayPay: £16.42 - £17.05 per hour (PAYE)Contract: Full-time, 5 days per weekSetting: Early Years - primary school Key Responsibilities As an Early Years Practitioner, you will support children's learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging, play-based activities. xehkeey Key responsibilities include: Planning and delivering activities in line with the EYFS framework Supporting children's social, emotional, and educational development Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment Collaborating with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality practice Observing and contributing to assessments of children's progress Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging independence Building strong relationships with children, families, and staff The Ideal Candidate Will: Hold a CACHE Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Education Have strong knowledge of the EYFS framework Be confident delivering play-based learning and supporting early development Work effectively as part of a team in a collaborative environment Be nurturing, patient, and committed to helping every child reach their potential Interested in this opportunity?
