KeyResponsibilitiesofaEarlyYearsPractitioner:
- Deliverhigh-qualitycareandeducationinaccordancewiththeEYFS
- Planandimplementengaging,age-appropriateactivities
- Monitor,observeandrecordchildrensdevelopment
- Buildstrongpartnershipswithparentsandcarers
- Maintainasafe,cleanandstimulatingenvironment
- Workeffectivelyaspartofateamtosupportchildrenswellbeing
Requirements
- FullandrelevantLevel3EarlyYearsqualification(essential)
- KnowledgeoftheEYFSframework
- Previousnurseryorearlyyearsexperiencepreferred
- Strongcommunicationandteamworkskills
- Agenuinepassionforworkingwithchildren
