We are seeking a passionate and qualified Early Years Teacher to join a warm, inclusive, and well-established early years setting in East London. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is committed to delivering high-quality early education and supporting children’s development in line with the EYFS framework.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS Support children’s learning, development, and emotional wellbeing Observe, assess, and track children’s progress Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment Work collaboratively with nursery practitioners and leadership teams Build strong partnerships with parents and carers Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare requirements are met Requirements
Early Years Teacher Status (EYT), QTS with EYFS experience, or equivalent Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework Experience working within an early years setting (nursery or reception) Excellent communication and organisational skills Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Desirable (but not essential)
Experience in a leadership or room lead role Paediatric First Aid qualification Experience supporting children with additional needs What We Offer
