Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences tailored to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework * Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child feels valued and supported * Observe, assess, and record children's progress, and use this information to inform future planning * Support children's personal, social, emotional, and communication development * Work closely with teaching assistants, parents/carers, and other professionals to support children's individual needs * Promote positive behaviour and uphold the school's values and ethos * Contribute to the wider life of the school, including outdoor learning, celebrations, and events

What We Are Looking For:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with Early Years experience * A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development * Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach * Flexibility to work across different schools and settings * Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding practices and a commitment to child welfare * Right to work in the UK
