Teaching Assistant – Darlington

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support pupils in their learning and daily classroom activities
• Deliver tailored support to meet individual pupil needs
• Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation, planning and assessment
• Promote inclusion, diversity and a positive classroom environment

Essential Qualifications:

• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent relevant experience)
• Recent experience working in a primary school setting
• Strong communication and classroom support skills
• Ability to support individual pupil needs under teacher guidance
