Your new role You'll support Reception-aged children in a classroom setting, working closely with the class teacher. You'll need to be confident with child-led learning, adaptable, and able to support both in-class and small group activities. Key responsibilities may include: Supporting learning through play and structured activities Updating Learning Journals for key children Creating a stimulating classroom environment Delivering phonics interventions (e.g. Jolly Phonics, Read Write Inc.)
