About the Role: As an Early Years TA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting children at a crucial stage of their learning journey. Working closely with teachers and support staff, you will help create a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment that encourages exploration, learning, and growth.

Key Responsibilities: * Support the class teacher in delivering fun, age-appropriate lessons and activities * Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support to help children achieve developmental and academic milestones * Foster a nurturing classroom atmosphere that promotes curiosity, confidence, and positive relationships * Support children's physical, social, and emotional development in line with the EYFS framework * Work collaboratively with colleagues to monitor progress and respond to individual learning needs
