About the Role:

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting children with diverse learning needs, helping them thrive both academically and emotionally.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Morning Support: Provide tailored one-to-one and group support to students with SEMH needs (including ADHD and self-harming behaviours).

Afternoon Flexibility: Assist across Key Stages 1 and 2, adapting your approach to meet the needs of different age groups.

Inclusive Learning: Help create a positive, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement personalised learning plans.
