The Role

Early Years Teaching Assistant (Full-Time)
Delivering structured learning activities in Reception
Supporting children's social, emotional, and academic development
Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
Collaborating closely with teachers and the wider school team
Start date: ASAP / immediate start

Role Details

Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant (Full-Time)
£96-£110 per day
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm
Immediate start - contract through to July 2026
Based in Southwark
Start date: ASAP

The Ideal Candidate

Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
Experience supporting children in Reception
Strong understanding of early years teaching and child development
Patient, adaptable, and proactive
Able to work independently and collaboratively
Committed to the school's ethos and values
