Your Role as an Early Years Teaching Assistant:

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support Nursery and Reception pupils with their academic and social development.
• Assist in delivering creative and engaging EYFS activities.
• Provide targeted support for children with additional learning needs.
• Work closely with class teachers and the Early Years lead to monitor progress.
• Encourage independence, confidence and positive behaviour.

We're Looking For in an Early Years Teaching Assistant:

• Previous experience working in Early Years as an Early Years Teaching Assistant or similar role.
