A full-time opportunity is available for an Early Years Teaching Assistant seeking a new long-term role. The successful candidate should have experience working within Early Years or a Nursery setting, and a relevant childcare qualification is desirable.

The Position - Early Years Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a caring and committed Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school. You will be responsible for supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based learning activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

A good understanding of child development and the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment is essential. You will support children's social, emotional, and academic development, helping them build confidence and independence at the start of their education journey.

You will also support pupils with varying needs, including those with SEN, and assist with classroom organisation and daily routines.
