Job Title: eCare Trainer (Oracle Health Millennium / Cerner) – Band 4
Location: Truro, Cornwall (base) + travel across Cornwall (community sites)
Contract: 3 months (Fixed-term / agency – potential extension)
Hours: Full-time (Mon–Fri)
Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour ( Pay roll through Trust)

Overview
We are recruiting eCare Trainers to support a major NHS digital transformation program. You will deliver face-to-face classroom training to clinical and non-clinical staff on Oracle Health Millennium (Cerner) as part of an eCare rollout.

Key Responsibilities

*

Deliver classroom and hands-on system training to mixed staff groups

*

Support learners with questions and practical exercises during training sessions

*

Update/create training materials (lesson plans, guides, quick reference sheets)

*

Provide feedback on user issues and escalate where needed

*

Travel to multiple training locations across Cornwall as required

Essential Requirements

*

Previous experience training staff on Oracle Health Millennium / Cerner (or strong EPR trainer experience)

*

Confident delivering in-person/classroom training

*

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

*

Ability to travel across Cornwall (own transport preferred/required)

*

Comfortable working in a fast-paced rollout environment
