Key Responsibilities – E‑Commerce Account Manager
Manage and optimise all e‑commerce sales platforms, including the company’s website, online portal, and any third‑party marketplace accounts. Oversee all online order processing activities: customer registrations, payments, technical issues, and general queries. Ensure smooth fulfilment operations, coordinating with internal teams to deliver a seamless end‑to‑end customer journey.
