As our online business continues to grow, we are looking for an eCommerce Executive to support the day-to-day running of our website and help deliver a premium online customer experience.

 

About The Role

The eCommerce Executive plays a vital role in the operation of the Oliver Brown website. This is a hands-on, detail-orientated role supporting product setup, content management, site merchandising, campaign execution, and reporting.

Working closely with the eCom team, you will help ensure the website is always accurate, commercially optimised, and reflective of the Oliver Brown brand.

This role is ideal for someone early in their eCommerce career who is organised, commercially focused, and keen to develop within luxury retail.

 

Key Responsibilities

Website & Product Management

·     Upload and maintain products, imagery, sizing, pricing, and descriptions

·     Ensure PDPs are accurate, clear, and consistent with brand standards

·     Maintain collections, navigation, and on-site content

Trading & Campaign Support

·     Support the execution of seasonal campaigns, launches, promotions, and sales

·     Assist with homepage updates and collection builds

·     Own QC checks for all site changes, campaigns, launches, and sale activity

Site Organisation & Quality Control

·     Monitor stock accuracy, pricing, and site errors

·     Identify and flag issues affecting customer experience or conversion

·     Support testing of site changes and new features

 

Skills & Experience

Essential

·     1-2 years’ experience in eCommerce, digital retail, or online content roles

·     Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

·     Confident using Excel or Google Sheets

·     Clear written communication skills

Desirable

·     Experience using Shopify

·     Interest in fashion, luxury, or premium retail

·     Basic understanding of CRO, UX, or digital merchandising

·     Experience with GA4 or other similar reporting tools
