About the role

Are you ready to lead the growth of a digitally-driven fashion brand? At Hush, we’re seeking a Head of eCommerce to drive our online strategy, deliver profitable growth, and ensure a customer experience that reflects our brand’s style, creativity, and modern femininity.


What you’ll do

  • Own the end-to-end eCommerce strategy, driving revenue growth, conversion, and customer lifetime value.
  • Champion a seamless, inspiring online customer journey, optimising site performance across mobile and desktop.
  • Lead digital marketing, acquisition, and trading plans, ensuring alignment with launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Manage technology and platform development, enhancements, and integrations to deliver a stable, scalable, and high-performing site.
  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing eCommerce team, collaborating across merchandising, marketing, and operations.


What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in a senior eCommerce role, ideally in DTC fashion or lifestyle retail.
  • Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership and a track record of driving online growth at scale.
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce platforms, CRO, and digital marketing.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, influencing at C-suite level.
  • Customer-obsessed, data-driven, collaborative, and resilient in a fast-paced, trading-led environment.

  • Online revenue and conversion consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Customer journeys are smooth, engaging, and optimized across all devices.
  • Successful execution of promotional campaigns and collection launches with measurable ROI.
  • Data-driven insights are used to continuously improve performance and retention.
  • Team members are motivated, skilled, and delivering at a high level.
  • Cross-functional collaboration drives alignment between merchandising, marketing, and digital operations.
