Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Ecommerce Manager role based in London. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee the company's online store operations, manage product listings, and optimize e-commerce sales strategies. Responsibilities include analyzing site performance, implementing marketing campaigns, liaising with cross-functional teams, maintaining customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement in online sales channels, managing and prioritising products to be shot in our photo studio. You will be comfortable using Shopify, Tapcart (our App), Mailchimp (Email Marketing) and our social media pages on Instagram and Facebook.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in E-Commerce platforms and experience managing online retail operations
  • Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics to drive decision-making
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Marketing and Sales strategies, with experience in eCommerce-focused campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with online inventory management systems and logistics processes
  • Previous experience in the fashion or retail sector is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
