Position: Full-time permanent 4 days office-based / 1 day home working

Were looking for a commercially minded eCommerce Marketing Execuive to join our Lifestyle team and take full ownership of a product category. This is a hands-on role where youll optimise the customer journey, drive conversion, and maximise basket value while collaborating across multiple teams to grow your category.
About You Commercially driven, with experience in a product-focused eCommerce role, ideally within retail. Confident using GA4 and other analytical tools to interpret data and make commercial decisions. Strong product knowledge, able to use insight and experience to improve the customer journey and highlight product benefits. A self-starter with energy, ambition, and the ability to work at pace in a fast-moving environment. Collaborative and able to influence stakeholders across multiple teams.
