We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Sales Support Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to learn, develop, and gain hands-on experience across sales, data, and digital platforms in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will include:Data & ReportingWork with Excel to clean, manage, and prepare data for website and ERP updates (training provided on advanced tools)Spot trends in sales and product performance, sharing insights with the Sales TeamWebsite & ERP SupportKeep the website up to date with new products, pricing, and contentAssist with syncing data between SAP Business One and MagentoTroubleshoot basic website or ERP issues and escalate where neededSupport the Sales Team with pricing, supplier lists, and customer queries via email, phone, and live chatMonitor order fulfilment and chase abandoned cart sales to maximise online opportunitiesAssist with product launches, ensuring copy, translations, and digital content are delivered on timeGeneral OperationsAttend meetings on website and sales topics, contributing ideas and feedbackProvide first-line support for staff on website queriesTest and validate website updates to ensure accuracyThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, collaborative team where your ideas are valued, and your growth is encouraged.
