✨ Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum
Create a positive, inclusive classroom where every child feels safe and supported
Work closely with mentors to develop strong classroom practice
Assess and support pupil progress with guidance from experienced colleagues
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
