What Youll Be Doing: Programming and operating Wire and Spark EDM machines to precision specs. Using Agie Charmilles Cut & Form series equipment (experience here is a bonus!). Tackling technical challenges, manual machining, and ensuring quality at every step. Meeting time-critical deadlines with finesse. Supporting the Machine Shop team with a proactive attitude and high standards. What Were Looking For: Proven experience with Wire & Spark EDM in a motorsport or high-spec environment. Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. A methodical, motivated, and dependable team player who thrives under pressure.
