Youll guide and motivate a team of assessors to exceed contractual targets, elevate learner experiences, and ensure excellence in compliance and quality.This isnt just about hitting numbers its about creating a high-performance culture where learners thrive, employers stay engaged, and teams feel empowered.What Youll Be DrivingLeading and developing a team of assessors to achieve compliance and learner achievement targetsManaging performance metrics including starts, leavers, occupancy, and achieversCollaborating with quality teams to ensure accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvementConducting impactful monthly 1-1s to maximise performance and growthStrengthening employer engagement and supporting repeat businessChampioning equality, diversity, inclusion, and wellbeingImplementing quality frameworks and driving meaningful changeAnalysing management information to inform smart, strategic decisionsEnsuring adherence to professional standards, safeguarding, and HR policiesWho Were Looking ForYoure a confident, driven leader with:Proven Education management experienceExperience managing multi-disciplinary teamsStrong organisational and resource training management skillsThe ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver under pressureExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA results-focused mindsetIT proficiencyA full driving licence and access to your own vehicleA strong understanding of safeguardingBonus points if you have:Work-based learning experience in education , training or IQA managementA management or team leading qualification of Assessors in training or apprenticeshipsKnowledge of publicly funded education or workbased learning and training programmesThe ability to speak Welsh (disirable)Recruited UK will make every effort to respond with feedback, although this is not always possible.
